The on-site restaurant was convenient. I had a good meal. parking was easily available. the staff were helpful. They quickly answered my questions. i found the free airport shuttle service very useful.
The room was slightly noisy due to traffic. It was noticeable at times.

dirty blanket baby vomit
the free airport shuttle was acceptable it took about 15 minutes.
i did not like the dirty blanket without a cover sheet the blanket itself was quite dirty. i saw baby vomit as it had not been removed. i requested a bond refund and left that day i did not want to stay.

worn carpet spotty wi-fi
The room felt a bit tired. The carpet looked quite worn, and there was a noticeable stain near the bed. plus, the bathroom door didn't close properly! it was quite annoying. the walls seemed thin too. I could hear hallway noise pretty clearly. twice. the wi-fi was also spotty. Very frustrating when i needed to check emails. The staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.

i found the staff friendly upon check-in. the bed was very comfortable. i was pleased with the strong water pressure in the shower! the free airport shuttle was prompt and convenient.
the hallway carpet did have a stain.

the staff was so cute and helpful-check-in was quick and easy! the free shuttle service to both the international and domestic terminals ran smoothly and frequently. this made my early morning flight stress-free. i appreciated having a restaurant right on the premises!
I found the tv in my room had a half-black and colored screen. It needs repair or replacement.

I found the complimentary airport shuttle convenient. It was nice to get the free Yellow Hotel bus from the airport upon arrival. The reception staff were very helpful, offering assistance with taxi arrangements and other travel needs.
The room decor felt somewhat dated.

The bed felt super clean and cozy. the staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. catching the airport bus was convenient right outside the door. the room had three single beds. This worked well for my needs.
I found the bathroom a bit mouldy. the lamb curry i ordered seemed like goat and caused indigestion. the airport transfer took forty minutes. This is something to consider when catching a plane. the tv remote was missing.
